My Oracle Support (MOS)

2020–2022∙Oracle

A unified diagnostic and analysis platform that replaced multiple siloed internal tools used by global support teams. Consolidated workflows and data views to improve consistency, accuracy, and time-to-resolution at scale.

Oracle Advanced Services Portal (OASP)

2016–2018∙Oracle

An internal enterprise platform supporting Advanced Services delivery and engagement workflows. Established shared UX patterns and platform standards to reduce fragmentation and align engineering around a coherent, buildable system.

2013 ∙ Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts

Redesigned a low-adoption safety and incident reporting training platform through direct field research and rapid iteration with probation offices nationwide. Increased adoption well beyond the original 12% baseline in the first year.

Electronic Monthly Supervision Reporting System (ERS)

2013 ∙ Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts

A redesigned supervision reporting system that expanded a courthouse kiosk application to mobile and tablet form factors. Enabled easier, more frequent reporting while reusing the existing application stack to reduce cost and accelerate delivery.

Fresh AIRE Go Green

2012 ∙ Arlington County Government

A tablet-first, game-based application designed to raise environmental awareness at public events while showcasing the County’s technical capabilities. Led rapid sketching, prototyping, testing, and delivery of a responsive iPad-optimized experience built for quick, engaging play.

Build Arlington

2011–2012 ∙ Arlington County Government

A comprehensive redesign of the County’s construction permitting experience, spanning homeowners, developers, and internal inspection teams. Led deep cross-stakeholder research, defined the core architecture and flows, and partnered with an external firm to deliver a solution that improved usability and customer satisfaction.

Customer Assessment and Payment Portal (CAPP)

2010 ∙ Arlington County Government

An online payment portal redesigned to reduce friction within a tightly vendor-constrained system. Simplified critical flows—cutting common tasks like parking ticket payment from eleven steps to three—while working within fixed functionality and styling limits.

US Export-Import Bank Intranet

2005–2006 ∙ US Export-Import Bank

Redesigned and managed the Bank’s intranet, transitioning it from a static site to a dynamic content management system. Established a more flexible, maintainable platform for internal communication and content publishing.

RSIS Intranet

2001–2004 ∙ RS Information Systems

Designed, developed, and managed the company intranet and proposal-support sites for federal contract bids and client projects. Led a redesign and CMS implementation to meet ISO 2000 certification requirements, a high-priority strategic objective for the company.

Respect My Authority!

2008 ∙ Self & Partner

A native entertainment app designed for the first generation of iPhone OS. Served as an early hands-on introduction to native mobile design, development constraints, and device capabilities; launched publicly and later retired.

Touchless Expenses

2022–2025∙Oracle

A mobile-first enterprise expenses product designed to minimize manual entry by automatically detecting, classifying, and guiding resolution of expense issues. Shipped as a real MVP after a multi-year stall, scaling from a ~25-user pilot to roughly 1,000 active users.

Oracle Employee Helpdesk

2019–2020∙Oracle

A Redwood-based Fusion application concept to replace the legacy Oracle employee help desk, rethinking search and self-service to simplify internal support. Designed end-to-end but shelved in 2020 as priorities shifted to customer-facing support portals.

Judiciary App Store (jStore)

2015–2016 ∙ Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts

An internal application delivery platform designed to simplify distribution and management of cross-platform employee apps. Led design and delivered a working front-end prototype to align stakeholders and move the initiative forward.

Violence Study and Risk Assessment (VSRA)

2014 ∙ Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts

A rapid-response data collection tool designed to move offender information from paper and legacy systems into a centralized research database. Designed and coded the front end in one week with daily user testing, enabling fast, accurate data entry and serving as a model for future court-led research efforts.

Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER)

Led a comprehensive research and evaluation effort to prepare the PACER and electronic filing systems for large-scale modernization. Delivered a clear problem assessment and forward plan spanning usability, governance, and technology foundations.

Real Estate Assessment System (REAS)

2012 ∙ Arlington County Government

A redesigned property assessment system that simplified valuation transparency and streamlined the reassessment process for citizens. Led design and development of a modernized experience delivered within six months.

Arlington Prepares

2011 ∙ Arlington County Government

A mobile emergency preparedness application designed to give residents fast access to critical information and resources. Led design and delivery of a hybrid iOS/Android app within six months, establishing a foundation for future County mobile initiatives.

Arlington County Government Public Website

2011–2012 ∙ Arlington County Government

A full redesign of the County’s public website to better serve citizen needs and increase visibility of programs and resources. Led experience strategy and partnered with communications teams to establish modern planning, design, and maintenance practices that supported a sustainable public-facing platform.

Arlington County Government Intranet

2006–2009 ∙ Arlington County Government

Led the multi-year transition of the County intranet from Oracle Portal to SharePoint. Oversaw evaluation, implementation planning, information architecture, visual design, navigation, and custom components to support a modern internal platform.

A web-based training registration application for military and civilian employees. Designed and coded the system to streamline enrollment and support agency-wide training operations.

DOT RSPA Intranet

Designed, developed, and maintained intranet and proposal-support websites for federal programs and small-scale client projects. Served as webmaster, handling end-to-end delivery and ongoing content management.

CX Service

A unified CX service product combining Oracle Service Cloud (B2C) and Oracle Service Center (B2B) into a single Redwood-aligned experience, unblocking a stalled strategy and defining a credible consolidation path.

Pre-Sentence Report Offense Level Calculator (PSX)

A tablet-ready federal sentencing calculator redesigned to restore trust and reliability in offense-level calculations. Grounded in courthouse ethnographic research, the work improved accuracy, usability, and real-world courtroom viability for judges and prosecutors.

Law Enforcement Notification System (LENS)

A real-time notification system redesigned to give local law enforcement faster, mobile-friendly access to information on federally supervised offenders. Led a small team to improve mapping, search, and identification based on real-world field use cases.

Pre-Sentence and Pretrial Services Automated Case Tracking System (PACTS)

Redesigned authentication and access flows to ensure consistent usability across operating systems and competing browsers during the peak of cross-browser incompatibility. Delivered a resilient, tested experience that worked reliably regardless of platform or browser version.

Connect Arlington

A mapping and data-sharing application designed to communicate existing and planned cable infrastructure across County agencies and external partners. Led design of a responsive, touch-enabled, multi-layer map viewer to support coordination across the cable administration lifecycle.

Arlington Employee Portal

2011 ∙ Arlington County Government

A unified, mobile-friendly employee portal designed to provide single-point access and authentication for a growing remote workforce. Partnered with IT and HR to deliver a cross-browser solution that improved access to internal information and services.

Arlington County Government Services Directory

2008 ∙ Arlington County Government

The County’s first mobile services directory, delivered as an iPhone-optimized web application before native apps were available. Designed and coded an on-the-go directory that gave residents fast access to departments and public services from their phones.

RSIS Public Website

Designed, developed, and operated the company’s public website for a federal contracting firm. Handled end-to-end delivery including ColdFusion development, CMS implementation, server setup, and ongoing site management.

Get Off The Fence

A native entertainment app exploring early gamified productivity and decision-making concepts. Designed and iterated post-launch for approximately one year before the product was retired.

Designed and developed websites for a wide range of small businesses and organizations, spanning mostly static and early CMS-driven sites. Represented my first paid design and development work, establishing a long-running foundation in web standards, self-directed learning, and end-to-end delivery.
